What would it feel like if we realized that, from the very beginning we were designed to look for, find and realize our true nature? How would it change us?
Our greatest teacher is life itself. Of course, we don’t always trust life. Life can be unpredictable, changing course when we least expect or desire it. Being human, it is inevitable that we lose our way.
As we embrace more of who we are—flaws and all, greatness and all—our longings and desires become trustworthy. It is then that we hear the Real Self calling to us and it is then the wild beauty of our heart has the courage to answer. The wild heart is open to all that is, from laughter to tears, from insight to resistance.
In this workshop, we will explore the human journey, including our fundamental longing for wholeness and the walls we erect around our hearts, minds, bodies and spirit. We will engage with nondual prayer and learn the Healing of Immanence. Many describe this healing as life-changing and a turning point on their spiritual journey.
This workshop is based on Nondual Kabbalistic Healing— the revolutionary work of Jason Shulman, internationally-known modern Kabbalist, Buddhist teacher and founder of A Society of Souls—taught by his Lead Teacher Brenda Carter Blessings. A new NKH four-year training program will begin in Nashville, TN in the fall of 2014.
Brenda Carter Blessings is Executive Director and Lead Teacher of A Society of Souls, The School for Nondual Healing and Awakening, based in the U.S. and Netherlands, which teaches a four-year training in Nondual Kabbalistic Healing, as well as the Magi Process, Impersonal Movement and Work of Return. We don’t need to become someone else or wait until things are perfect to appreciate or be in relationship with the wholeness of ourselves and our lives. When we embrace our imperfections and recognize the value of every aspect including the mishaps and flaws and dissonances—then the very places that once diminished our joy become places of insight, gratitude and strength.
Our desire to trust our imperfect life may, at times, feel thwarted by our longings for safety and our resistance to change. Yet wrestling with the nature of Reality can lead us into a deeper exploration of life’s true nature. Ultimately, our curiosity can guide us home.
During this evening, we’ll explore opposites: life and death, creation and destruction, imperfection and perfection. We’ll discover what can be found when we embrace our limitations and open to new possibilities.
This evening will include a lecture by Brenda Carter Blessings, dialogue and discussion, and a guided meditation. We will engage with everything that comes, from insight to resistance, from tears to laughter.
This lecture is based on Nondual Kabbalistic Healing®— the profound work of Jason Shulman, internationally-known modern Kabbalist, Buddhist teacher and founder of A Society of Souls—taught by Brenda Carter Blessings.

The very nature of life on earth is paradoxical. Constant change, which is built into this world, can feel threatening or hopeful.
