The Gift and Challenges of Being Separate
This is a wonderful opportunity to experience some of the core aspects of Nondual Healing and Awakening, created by Jason Shulman.

Being born automatically means we have this sense of separateness, the sense of being personal only, an independently existing ego self. This separateness is wonderful and amazing in many ways, including the unique beauty of each individual being. This separateness is also the root of our difficulties and causes us to feel separate from life, life does things to us, life moves in unpredictable ways that we don’t like, life will come to an end, etc. Here’s the surprise: When we learn to accept our limited, finite, separate self, God is revealed to us, as having always been here.

An Open Heart
Having an open heart does not mean being happy in every moment nor does it mean being spiritual. It means having an open attitude towards ourselves and our limitations and imperfections. It means being willing to give yourself a chance through accepting all of who you are with kindness instead of constantly battling yourself.

The Mystery of How to be with God
Being with God is a nondual state. As long as we insist that being with God is dependent upon having certain conditions or by choosing only one aspect of reality over another, we can never really know what it is like to be with God – in every moment. The great mystery is that we can only gain freedom by allowing something that is limiting us to fully exist here and now.

True Nourishment
In our search for happiness and fulfillment, we look in many places for knowledge and nourishment. What does it mean to nourish ourselves, our full humanity? How do we recognize true nourishment in our lives? How do we receive the manna that is continually being offered in the preciousness of our lives as they are now? Embracing Change
We can’t approach having a unified or whole experience of life unless we can accept constant change and the unknown as included in being alive.  Our inner and outer worlds are constantly changing—forms coming into being and dying. How do we learn to embrace change and find a new relationship with it, one that encourages healing and wholeness?  (Teacher: Jinen Brenda Carter Blessings)

Practicing Forgiveness
In the divisive times we live in, rife with war and conflict, how can we practice forgiveness? The teachings of Nondual Kabbalistic Healing offer possibilities for embracing differences—without erasing them—and finding forgiveness even when it is difficult.  (Teacher: Jan Bresnick)

The Joy of Living
We usually think of joy as the result of success or happiness from achieving something or having had an ecstatic experience.  In this scenario, joy is a state that we aspire to reach. We believe that where we are is not where we should be and that some other state of being is much better.  But the real reward, the Joy of living, appears to us more and more as we engage with Reality as it is.  We want to include Reality as best as we can.  And if we are avoiding, we want to know that with a kind heart toward ourselves.  We will begin to cultivate Joy through the kindness of being inclusive without having to escape where we are.
